Application
In plaster mortars, 350 kg of cement is mixed dry with 1 m3 of aggregate. Latex Primer product, at a rate of 1-1.5% of the cement weight, is added to approximately 120 liters of water to prepare the liquid mixture. The prepared liquid mixture is added to the powder mixture until a trowel-like mortar is obtained. The application surface should be cleaned of dust, oil and loose parts as a primer between old and new concrete and in screed applications. 1 kg of cement and 3 kg of gear sand [3 mm) are mixed with 1 kg of Latex Primer and 2 kg of water to achieve boza consistency. This prepared mixture is applied to a surface that has been previously saturated with water and does not contain free water by 2 mm. New concrete is applied before this primer dries. In screed production, 1 m3 of suitable aggregate is mixed with at least 350 kg of cement. The liquid mixture prepared with 4-5 kg of latex and 1 DO kg of water is added to the cement-aggregate mixture until a mortar consistency suitable for the screed is obtained. The mortar mixture is applied to the surface whose lower layer is primed. In repair mortar application: 1 measure of cement and 3 measures of sand are mixed. To this prepared dry mixture; the liquid mixture prepared with 1 measure of latex and 1 measure of water is added. It is mixed until a trowel consistency is obtained.
