C – Mold Release Agent is a mold release agent formulated with mineral oils, resistant to curing temperatures, used to easily remove wooden and playwood molds after concrete casting and to obtain smooth-surfaced concrete.

Surface Preparation

Before using the material, the molds must be thoroughly cleaned of concrete residues, wood and iron pieces.

Application

To achieve the best results, C – Mold Release Agent should be applied homogeneously on the mold in a thin layer, using a brush, roller or automatic/manual spraying, without allowing the formation of pools.

Points to Consider

  • C – Mold Release Agent should be mixed before use.
  • For maximum performance; The material should be applied in a thin film layer; since excessive oil use can cause stains on the concrete, excess oil should be removed with a sponge, cloth, etc.
  • The material can be applied in two layers depending on the absorbency of the molds.
  • Try the product on a small area of ​​the surface you will use it on before using it.

It should be stored in its original packaging at +5° C / +35° C in dry, protected and ventilated environments, protected from direct sunlight and frost.
