schlagen graut harcı 50 c

It is a cement-based, polymer-reinforced, high-fluidity, non-shrinking, high-strength, self-leveling grout mortar.

Areas of Use

  • In the assembly of prefabricated concrete structure details,
  • In turbines, pumps, compressors and generators in power plants,
  • In filling the area between the foundation and the assembly plate of industrial machinery and steel columns,
  • In the manufacture of curtains and column heads.

Product Features

  • It is mixed only with water, poured into the mold and easily applied.
  • It has high compressive strength.
  • It does not shrink or shrink.
  • It is fluid.
  • It provides strong adhesion to concrete and reinforcement.
  • It has high impermeability.
  • It is resistant to freeze-thaw cycles.

Surface Preparation

Machine and Foundation Preparation: Before placing the machine, loose and damaged areas in the concrete should be cleaned, and the surfaces where grout mortar will be applied should be roughened. Any foreign material such as oil, dust, etc. that may affect the performance of the grout mortar on the application surface should be cleaned. Air discharge holes should definitely be opened in the base plate. The machine should be placed, its scale and position should be adjusted. This position should not be changed at all. If the adjustment wedges are to be removed, they should be oiled a small amount so that the grout mortar does not stick. After the placement of the machine and the adjustments, the foundation concrete should be saturated with water at least 6 hours before the grout mortar is poured. Mold Preparation: Molds should be made of solid material that will not leak or absorb free water, and should be mounted in a way that will withstand the resistance it will encounter. There should be a 5 cm casting gap between the base plate edge where the grout mortar will be poured and the mold. In order to ensure the spread of the grout mortar, the mold height should also be considered on the casting side according to the situation.

To mix up

The recommended amount of water is poured into a clean mixing bucket. eile Grout 50 C is slowly added to the mixing bucket. It is mixed with a low-speed mixer for approximately 3-4 minutes until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. After the material is rested for 4-5 minutes, it is mixed again for 30 seconds and is ready for use.

Mixing Ratio: For 25 kg Bag: 3.5-3.75 lt water — For 1 kg powder product: 0.140-0.150 lt water — Mixing Density: 1.9-2.1 gr/ cm

Application

If there are other machines operating around the machine to be filled with foundation, the extent to which vibrations are transmitted should be determined. If necessary; the operating machines should be stopped until the grout mortar sets (at least 10-12 hours at +20°C). The grout should be poured continuously, vibrators should not be used. Pouring from one side is sufficient to eliminate air fronts. Pouring from two sides should never be done. The grout should be completely filled between the base plate and the foundation. The exposed surfaces should be protected against water loss through evaporation for at least 24 hours. Application between +5°C and +30°C is recommended.

Points to Consider

  • In areas open to the atmosphere, especially in hot, dry or windy environments, it should be protected against rapid evaporation with special curing materials for 24-48 hours.
  • The material should be used within 30 minutes at 20 °C.
  • Since the ground and ambient temperature to be applied will affect the hydration reaction of the cement, the ambient and ground temperature should be within the allowed temperature range.
  • The application should be done with a minimum thickness of 10 mm and a maximum thickness of 100 mm. In thicker applications, the material should be applied in 2-3 layers or clean aggregate should be added to the grout mortar and applied in a single layer.
  • A vibrator should not be used when placing the material.

Packaging

25 kg kraft bag

Storage

It should be stored in its unopened original packaging, in a cool and dry environment, stacked no more than 10 times.
