schlagen graut harcı 60 c

It is a cement-based, single component, polymer reinforced, self-levelling, fast-setting grout mortar.

Areas of Use

  • In areas that need to be opened to traffic immediately; repair and elevation of manhole covers,
  • In the assembly of prefabricated concrete structural elements,
  • In the fixing of traffic signs,
  • In the repair of areas open to vehicle or pedestrian traffic such as roads and field concrete,
  • In the repair of hollow and cracked spaces.

Product Features

  • It is simply mixed with water and poured into the mold.
  • Easy to apply.
  • It gains strength quickly.
  • It has high fluidity.
  • It provides strong adhesion to concrete and reinforcement.
  • It does not shrink.

Surface Preparation

Cement based surfaces should be made sure to be solid, dust free, load bearing and clean. Any residue such as oil, grease and paraffin that may weaken the adhesion should be cleaned. If there is a water leak on the surface, it should be plugged. The surface should be saturated with water and no free water should remain during the application.

To mix up

The recommended amount of water is poured into a clean mixing bucket. The material is slowly added to the mixing bucket. The material is mixed with a low-speed mixer for approximately 3-4 minutes until a homogeneous mixture is obtained and the material is ready for use.

Mixing Ratio: For 25 kg bag: 3.5-4 lt water — For 1 kg powder product: 0.140-0.160 lt water — Mixing density: 1.9-2.1 gr/ cm3

Application

The ready-to-use material should be poured onto the surface in a thickness of 10-40 mm.

Points to Consider

  • It should be used within 7 minutes at 20°C.
  • Since the ground and ambient temperature to be applied will affect the hydration reaction of the cement, the ambient and ground temperature should be within the allowed temperature range.
  • No foreign material should be added to the prepared mixture.

Packaging

25 kg kraft bag

Storage

It should be stored in its unopened original packaging, in a cool and dry environment, stacked no more than 10 times.
