Machine Ready-Made Plaster Mortar

It is a cement-based, single component, polymer and fiber added plaster mortar applied with a plastering machine.

Surface Preparation

The application surface must be solid and clear of substances that will reduce adhesion. The application surface must be moistened and saturated with water on hot and windy days.

To mix up

Machine Ready Plaster Mortar; should be mixed with a plaster machine with a ratio of 40 kg bag/7.2-8.8 lt water.

Mixing Ratio: For 40 kg powder: 7.2-8.8 liters of water — For 1 kg powder product: O, 180-0.220 liters of water

Application

The ready-to-use mixture is applied by machine to a previously water-saturated or primed surface in a thickness not exceeding 2 cm. If a thicker application is to be made, the second layer is applied after the first layer has set. The surface should be leveled after the application. After this process, when the plaster hardens sufficiently, the plaster surface is trifiled and the surface is finished with a damp sponge.

Points to Consider

  • In the application of Ready-Made Plaster Mortar with a machine, if the ambient temperature is below +5°C or above +30°C, suitable temperatures should be waited. Application should not be made in extremely hot, rainy or windy weather.
  • Application thickness should be maximum 2 cm at a time. In thicker applications, 2 layers should be applied.
  • Water and new material should never be added to the mixture that has started to dry.
