It is a two-component, solvent and plasticizer-free, 100% solids-based pure polyurea system.
Surface Preparation
The application surfaces must be dry and clean. Concrete and mold residues must be cleaned mechanically; oil, grease, fuel and paraffin wastes must be cleaned using chemical solvents. There must be no roughness, pits and cracks on the application surfaces. Such damaged and unstable surfaces must be repaired and corrected using suitable products. If necessary, they must be overhauled with ground grinding machines or diamond-tipped machines. After these operations, the surface must be cleaned of dust with industrial vacuum devices. The prepared surface must be primed with a suitable primer. Two coats of primer may be required on very absorbent concrete surfaces. The upper surface retention of the sub-floor must meet an average of 1.5 N/mm2 and the compressive strength must meet a minimum of 25 N/mm2. Care must be taken to ensure that the ground temperature is above min. + C during application. The application thickness must be at least 1.5 mm. It is important to check that the material is applied in equal amounts to all areas of the applied area and that the most ideal application is achieved by measuring the thickness at certain intervals. Weak points should be reviewed again and all operations such as fine applications and repairs should be completed within 4 hours. Attention should be paid to the protection of applied surfaces [such as water, dew, dust] for at least 24 hours. In places that will be constantly exposed to UV, covering with a single-layer aliphatic-based polyurethane top coat gives excellent results.
