schlagen silber seramik yapıştırıcı

It is a cement-based, polymer-reinforced, highly stable adhesive mortar used for bonding tiles and ceramic coating materials.

Areas of Use

  • Indoor wall; Cement based plaster
  • Indoor floor; Cement based screed, Concrete flooring
  • Outdoor floor; Cement based screed, Concrete flooring for bonding ceramics and tiles

Product Features

  • It has excellent adhesion properties.
  • Easy to prepare and apply.
  • Does not slip in vertical applications.
  • High stability.

Surface Preparation

The application surface should be solid, dry, load-bearing, dust-free and clean, and also level. Any oil, grease, rust and paraffin residue that may reduce adherence should be thoroughly cleaned. There should be no loose particles on the surface. Damaged surfaces with a depth of 5 to 20 mm should be repaired with repair mortar two days in advance. If the application surface or ambient temperature is above +25°C; the application surface should be wetted and waited until there is no free water on the surface.

To mix up

The appropriate amount of water is poured into a clean mixing container with the help of a scale. Silber Ceramic Adhesive is slowly added into this container. The material is mixed with a low-speed mixer for 3 – 5 minutes until it reaches a homogeneous consistency. The material, which is rested for 5 minutes, is mixed again for 20-30 seconds and is ready for use.

Mixing Ratio: For 25 kg of powder: 6-7.5 liters of water — For 1 kg of powder: 0.240-0.300 liters of water

Application

The application surface should be solid, dry, load-bearing, dust-free and clean, and also level. Any oil, grease, rust and paraffin residue that may reduce adherence should be thoroughly cleaned. There should be no loose particles on the surface. Damaged surfaces with a depth of 5 to 20 mm should be repaired with repair mortar two days in advance. If the application surface or ambient temperature is above +25°C; the application surface should be wetted and waited until there is no free water on the surface.

Points to Consider

  • In the application of Silber Ceramic Adhesive, if the ambient and surface temperature is below +5°C or above +35°C, suitable temperatures should be waited. Application should not be done in extremely hot, rainy or windy weather.
  • A suitable humidity level is required to increase the performance of the adhesive mortar.
  • The spreading thickness should be at least 3 mm and at most 6 mm.
  • Ceramics with high water absorption should be saturated with water before application.
  • Water and new material should never be added to the mixture that has started to dry.
  • On very porous surfaces; ceramic application should be started after the surface is primed.
  • Joint gaps wider than 6 mm should be filled with fuga.
  • Application should be started after priming impermeable and shiny surfaces.
  • Joint application can be started after at least 24 hours.
