schlagen yapısal tamir harcı 60 (ince)

It is a cement-based, fiber-added, thixotropic, sulphate-resistant, high-strength repair mortar that provides a smooth finish on concrete surfaces.

Areas of Use

  • In repairing and leveling horizontal and vertical surface defects of reinforced concrete structural elements,
  • In obtaining a solid layer in exposed concrete,
  • In correcting concrete surfaces before waterproofing application,
  • In leveling repaired surfaces.

Product Features

  • It has high compressive strength.
  • It has thixotropic properties. Therefore, it provides very good workability overhead and vertically.
  • It is mixed only with water and applied with a trowel.
  • It is non-corrosive.
  • It is resistant to freeze-thaw cycles.
  • It provides high adhesion to concrete surfaces and reinforcement.
  • It is resistant to chlorine and sulfate attacks.

Surface Preparation

Cement based surfaces to be repaired must be solid, dust free, load bearing and clean. Surface must be cleaned from oil, grease, rust etc. residues that will weaken the adhesion. Gaps deeper than 2 cm must be filled with repair mortar. Application surface must be saturated with water and there must be no free water left in the area during application.

To mix up

The recommended amount of mixing water is poured into a clean mixing bucket. Structural Repair Mortar 60 (Fine) is slowly added to the mixing bucket. It is mixed with a low-speed mixer for approximately 3-4 minutes until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. The material is rested for approximately 4 minutes, then mixed again for 30 seconds and is ready for use.

Mixing Ratio: For 25 kg Bag: 4.0-5.0 lt water – For 1 kg powder product: 0.160-0.200 lt water – Mixing Density: 1.7-1.8 gr/cm3

Application

The ready-to-use mixture is applied to the previously water-saturated surface with a trowel at a depth of 1-4 mm. To obtain a smooth surface; after the mortar has absorbed the water, water is sprinkled on the surface with a plasterer’s brush. The application is finished in the desired style with a steel trowel.

Points to Consider

  • It should be consumed within 45 minutes at 20 °C.
  • The surface and ambient temperature on which the application will be made affect the hydration reaction of the cement. Therefore, the ambient and ground temperature should be within the allowed temperature range.
  • Application should not be made on surfaces that are frozen, melting or have the risk of rain or frost within 24 hours.
  • The applied surface should be protected from sun and wind for 24 hours.

Packaging

25 kg kraft bag

Storage

It should be stored in its unopened original packaging, in a cool and dry environment, stacked no more than 10 times.
