schlagen yapısal tamir harcı 70 (kalın)

It is a cement based, polymer and fiber reinforced, thixotropic, high strength structural repair mortar.

Areas of Use

  • Repair of surface defects of high strength concrete elements and surface leveling
  • Surface correction
  • It is used together in the repair of concrete and reinforcement damaged by the abrasion of reinforcement bars.
  • It is used in the application of watertight and high strength bevels and surface correction works before the application of water insulation.

Product Features

  • It has high compressive strength.
  • It has thixotropic properties.
  • It is mixed only with water and is easy to apply.
  • It provides strong adhesion to concrete and reinforcement.
  • It is resistant to the effects of chlorine and sulphate.

Surface Preparation

Cement based surfaces that need to be repaired must be load bearing, solid, dust free and clean. Any oil, grease and paraffin residue that may weaken the adhesion must be cleaned. Reinforcement rust must be removed, and if necessary, new reinforcement must be added. If there is a water leak on the surface, it must be closed with a plug. The surface must be saturated with water, and there must be no free water on the ground during the application.

To mix up

The recommended amount of water is poured into a clean mixing bucket. The material is slowly added to the mixing bucket. It is mixed with a low-speed mixer for approximately 3-4 minutes until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. It is rested for approximately 4 minutes; then the material is ready for use by mixing again for about 30 seconds.

Mixing Ratio: For 25 kg Bag: 4.25-5 lt water — For 1 kg powder product: 0.170-0.200 lt water — Mixing Density: 1.9 gr/ cm3

Application

The ready-to-use mixture is applied to the surface with a trowel in a single layer with a thickness of between 10 mm and 30 mm. In thicker applications, after the first layer has dried, the second layer is applied to the surface in the same way. In order to obtain a smooth surface, after the mortar has absorbed the water, water is sprinkled on the mortar surface with a plasterer’s brush and the surface is completed with a steel trowel.

Points to Consider

  • Structural Repair Mortar 70 (Coarse) should be consumed within 30 minutes at 20 °C.
  • Since the ground and ambient temperature will affect the hydration reaction of the cement, the ambient and ground temperature should be within the allowed temperature range.
  • In applications thicker than 30 mm, the second layer should be applied after the first layer has dried.

Packaging

25 kg kraft bag

Storage

It should be stored in its unopened original packaging, in a cool and dry environment, stacked no more than 10 times.
