schlagen ısı yalıtım mineral dekoratif kaplama

It is a ready-to-use decorative (mineral) plaster mortar that is cement-based, has a structure strengthened with chemical additives to provide resistance against cracking, shrinkage and tension, and is produced in two types, with fine and coarse aggregate.

Areas of Use

  • It is used as a final coating material on exterior facades of buildings, exterior thermal insulation systems or rough plaster. Note: It is not applied directly to brick, gas concrete or weakly plastered surfaces.

Product Features

  • It adheres perfectly and is easy to apply.
  • It has a water-proof feature.
  • It has a decorative appearance.
  • It is resistant to external factors thanks to the fiber additive it contains.

Surface Preparation

The application surfaces must be clean. The surface must be free of dust, paint, oil and loose materials that will reduce adhesion. Cracks and holes on the surface must be repaired using repair mortars. The risk of premature drying and flaking of Thermal Insulation Mineral Decorative Coating on highly absorbent surfaces must be eliminated.

To mix up

The appropriate amount of water is poured into a clean mixing container with a scale, then the Thermal Insulation Mineral Decorative Coating is slowly added. It is mixed with a low-speed mixer for 3 – 5 minutes until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. The material, which is rested for 5 minutes, is mixed again for 20-30 seconds before application and is ready for use.

Mixing Ratio: For 25 kg of powder: 5-5.5 liters of water

Application

The ready-to-apply material should be applied to the surface with a trowel in equal thickness. The application thickness should not exceed 5 mm. After the applied mortar has absorbed its water, water is sprinkled on the surface with a plasterer’s brush. The surface is finished as desired with a steel trowel. Especially in applications in hot or windy environments, rapid water loss of the plaster should be prevented with curing material or water for 24-48 hours.

Points to Consider

  • In Thermal Insulation Mineral Decorative Coating application, if the ambient temperature is below +5 C or above +30a C, suitable temperatures should be waited. Application should not be done in extremely hot, rainy or windy weather.
  • The Thermal Insulation Mineral Decorative Coating application thickness should not exceed 5 mm.
  • Water and new material should never be added to the Thermal Insulation Mineral Decorative Coating mixture that has crusted in the container.
  • It should not be applied on surfaces that are frozen, melting or have a risk of freezing within 24 hours.
  • The prepared mixture should be consumed within 120 minutes at 20a C.
